Forex Market Map is a proprietary publication and automated information service provided by FXMM Analytics LLC for educational and research purposes only. All reports, structured analysis, and zones of interest are generated through our proprietary analysis methodology, based on algorithmic quantitative analysis of institutional market data. Nothing in our reports constitutes personal, individual, or institutional financial advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Reports Are Analysis, Not Instructions

FXMM Analytics LLC's reports present the output of our proprietary analytical methodology. When our system identifies a qualifying zone of interest, the report identifies that zone — a price area, generally around 30 pips wide, where our analysis indicates the market is likely to react — along with the institutional data, technical structure, and macro context behind it. The report also includes context and considerations for the zone of interest: factors to check, where the zone of interest is and is not supported, and whether the zone can reasonably carry a standard position size.

Publishing a zone of interest and the context around it is not the same as instructing a subscriber to act on it. Each report is analysis, not a command to execute and not an alert requiring any response. Whether to act on any report at all, including whether to place an order, at what entry, with what stop loss or take profit, at what position size, with what risk management, and whether to adjust or cancel any position as conditions evolve, remains entirely at the subscriber's discretion. FXMM Analytics LLC does not place trades on any subscriber's behalf, does not have access to any subscriber's brokerage account, does not monitor price after a report is published, and does not notify subscribers if or when price reaches a published zone.

A published zone of interest is not a guarantee that price will reach it, nor that price will react in any particular way if it does. Historically, roughly half of published zones are reached; among those, the reaction can vary in depth and duration, and price can also break through a zone and continue. Any resemblance between a published zone and a subsequent market move is not, and should not be interpreted as, a guarantee, recommendation, or promise of any particular outcome.

Timing of Our Analysis

FXMM Analytics LLC reports are event-driven, not tied to a fixed publishing schedule: a report is published whenever our system identifies a qualifying zone of interest on one of the instruments we cover, at any point during the trading week. Everything in a report, including the published zone, reflects market conditions and institutional data at the moment we publish it.

Markets move fast, and a zone that was well-supported at publication can lose that support as conditions change. We do not update, retract, or reissue a report after it is published, and we do not monitor price or notify subscribers once a zone is live. Our analysis cannot account for unforeseen events — geopolitical developments, surprise announcements, or other shocks — that can move markets sharply and invalidate an analysis with no advance warning. Subscribers are responsible for reassessing conditions on their own before acting on any report, particularly as time passes after publication.

FXMM Analytics LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, third-party fees or costs incurred while trading.

FXMM Analytics LLC may enter into partnerships, referral arrangements, or affiliate relationships with brokers, trading platforms, tools, or other third-party companies. Data Sources & Accuracy

FXMM Analytics LLC's analysis is built on CME Group market data, used under license, together with additional data sources maintained under official commercial licenses and data-distribution agreements. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data presented. Technical issues, data delays, third-party outages, or interruptions to our infrastructure may occasionally affect report delivery, and FXMM Analytics LLC is not liable for any consequences arising from such interruptions. Access to licensed data depends on agreements with third parties that may change or end, which may affect the content or availability of our reports.

Changes to This Disclosure

If we make a material change, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 15 days before it takes effect, and we will show the updated date on this page. Continued use of our Services after the change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
