Billing & Refunds Policy

This Billing & Refunds Policy describes how FXMM Analytics LLC ("FXMM," "we," "us," or "our") handles subscription billing, free trials, cancellations, and refunds for our Services.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial so you can evaluate our Services before subscribing. The length and conditions of each trial may vary over time, and spots may be limited. FXMM Analytics LLC may require a valid payment method to start a trial, and may charge a fee for access to a trial period. Some users, such as waitlist members or participants in specific promotions, may receive different trial conditions, as communicated to them at the time.

The conditions that apply to your trial, including whether a payment method or fee is required, the date and amount of any charge, and how to cancel, will be shown clearly before you start it, and you will only be charged if you agree to them at that time. If a payment method is required, your subscription will start automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. We will send you a reminder by email before the first charge, and you can cancel at any time during the trial through your account settings, with no charge.

Only one free trial is permitted per person. We may limit, restrict, or deny trial access to prevent abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts by the same individual to obtain repeated trials.

Subscription Plans & Pricing

Our subscriptions give you access to our zone-of-interest reports. Plans may differ in the instruments or reports they include, and may be offered with different billing periods (for example, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual), as shown on our website and at checkout. Current prices are shown on our website and at checkout. Prices may vary based on promotional codes, partner discounts, or other offers published at the time of signup.

Some subscribers receive a special rate, such as a founding rate or a waitlist rate. A special rate remains in effect for as long as the subscription stays continuously active, unless the terms of that offer state otherwise. Unless those terms state otherwise, if the subscription is cancelled and later restarted, the then-current price applies.

Waitlist rate (Phase I). Users who joined the FXMM waitlist before it closed on November 14, 2026 keep their waitlist rate even if they cancel and later restart their subscription, provided their first paid subscription starts on or before February 28, 2027. The waitlist rate applies only to the plan covering the 7 major currency pairs, is personal to the email address used to join the waitlist, cannot be transferred, and does not extend to other plans, products, or instruments that FXMM Analytics LLC may offer in the future.

The instruments and reports included in each plan are described on our website and at checkout. As FXMM Analytics LLC expands its coverage over time, new instruments or reports may be added to existing plans at no additional charge or offered separately, as we decide and communicate at the time.

Billing Cycle

All subscriptions are billed in advance for the billing period you choose (for example, one, three, six, or twelve months), starting on the date you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then applicable to your subscription, unless you cancel before the renewal date. For any plan with a billing period longer than one month, we will send you a reminder by email at least 30 days before the renewal date (or at least 7 days before for quarterly plans), stating the renewal date and the amount to be charged.

When you subscribe, we will send you a confirmation email with the price, the billing frequency, the renewal terms, and how to cancel.

Payment Methods & Taxes

We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout, processed securely through our third-party payment processor. FXMM Analytics LLC does not directly store your full payment credentials.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are the total amount you will be charged by FXMM Analytics LLC, unless stated otherwise at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own fees, exchange rates, or local taxes, which are your responsibility.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, automatic renewal is turned off and you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You will not be charged for the following period. There is no lock-in contract or cancellation fee.

Refunds

All fees are non-refundable, including fees for plans billed for more than one month, except as described in this section. Our free trial, when available, gives you the opportunity to evaluate our Services before committing to a paid plan. Any fee charged for access to a trial period is non-refundable unless stated otherwise at signup. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, unused reports, or early cancellation.

If FXMM Analytics LLC discontinues the Services, or can no longer provide them in substantially the same form (for example, due to the loss of a data license), we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid billing period, calculated pro rata by the number of full months remaining. This does not apply if your access is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

If you believe you were charged in error due to a billing mistake on our part, please contact us through the Contact page on our website, and we will review and correct the issue.

Price Changes

FXMM Analytics LLC reserves the right to change the public list price of our subscription. We will provide at least 2 months' advance notice before any price increase takes effect, including through dashboard notifications and email. A price increase applies only to new subscriptions and to subscriptions that are cancelled and later restarted, except where the terms of a special rate provide otherwise (see Subscription Plans & Pricing). While your subscription remains continuously active, your current rate does not change, including any special rate. Plans billed for more than one month keep the price paid for the full period already paid.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend your access to paid features until the issue is resolved. Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of your subscription. A subscription cancelled for non-payment is not treated as continuously active for the purpose of keeping a special rate.

Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can review it. If you dispute a valid charge with your bank or card issuer (a chargeback) without contacting us, we may suspend your access until the dispute is resolved.

Discount Codes

We may offer discount codes that can be entered at checkout. Each code is subject to its own conditions, such as the amount or percentage of the discount, the billing periods it applies to, eligibility and expiry date, which are shown when the code is offered or applied. Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code can be used per subscription, codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be applied to charges already made.

Third-Party Discounts & Promotions

Discounts obtained through brokers, affiliates, or other partners are subject to the specific terms of that promotion, including eligibility requirements and duration, as described at the time the discount is offered.

Subscriber Referral Program

We may offer a referral program that lets subscribers invite other people to FXMM Analytics LLC using a personal referral link shown in their account. The current benefits and conditions of the program are shown in your account and on our website. We may change, suspend or end the program at any time; changes do not affect benefits already credited.

Referred person. A person who subscribes through a referral link may receive a discount on their first paid billing period. The discount is only available to people who have not previously had an FXMM subscription or free trial, and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated at checkout.

Referring subscriber. When a referred person pays for their first billing period, the subscriber who referred them may receive a credit, such as one free month, applied automatically to their upcoming charges. The credit is granted only after a holding period from the referred person's payment, shown in your account, and only if that payment has not been cancelled, refunded or disputed during that period. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. We may set limits on how many credits can be earned or accumulated and on how long they remain available; any such limits are shown in your account.

Self-referrals, referrals between accounts held by the same person, posting referral links in paid advertising or on coupon or discount websites, and any other attempt to obtain benefits by misusing the program are not allowed. We may withhold or remove discounts and credits obtained in this way and suspend access to the program.

Changes to This Policy

FXMM Analytics LLC may update this Billing & Refunds Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 15 days before it takes effect, and we will show the updated date on this page. Continued use of our Services after the change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
